These Terms govern your access to and use of FastMailbox, including features that connect to your Google account and Gmail mailbox.

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FastMailbox, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the Service
You may use FastMailbox only if you can form a binding agreement and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Google Account Connection
FastMailbox features may require you to connect a Google account and grant permissions through Google OAuth. You control whether to connect or disconnect your Google account. If you revoke access, Gmail-related features may stop working. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Email Automation and User Responsibility
FastMailbox helps organize mailboxes, apply mailbox actions, draft replies, and support cleanup workflows. You are responsible for reviewing automated actions, generated drafts, labels, archiving decisions, unsubscribe actions, and outgoing messages before relying on them.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse FastMailbox, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use the service to violate laws or third-party rights, send spam or abusive communications, or use the service to process data you do not have permission to access.
Third-Party Services
FastMailbox depends on third-party services such as Google APIs, hosting providers, support tools, analytics, payment processors, and AI providers. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
Service Changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes that negatively affect active users.
Intellectual Property
FastMailbox, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by FastMailbox or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the service as permitted here.
Disclaimers
FastMailbox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that generated content, email classifications, mailbox actions, or service availability will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastMailbox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Termination
You may stop using FastMailbox at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued access would expose us to legal or security risk.
